Halo Reach

GameStop is accepting preorders for “Halo: Reach,” scheduled for a Sept. 14 launch. The Boaz store plans to remain open past midnight Sept. 13 for die-hard fans. A $5 down payment guarantees you a copy of the standard edition on the day of launch. GameStop also offers trade-in bonuses for pre-owned games. “Halo: Reach” is only available for the Xbox 360 console and offers three editions: Standard ($59.99), Limited ($79.99) and Legendary ($149.99). Billed as a prequel to the “Halo” trilogy, “Halo: Reach” is a first-person shooter set on the planet Reach in the year 2552 when humanity is engaged in a war with the alien Covenant.
